Where is the mission located?
It is located 40 miles north of San Diego, in a valley about five miles from the Pacific Ocean. The Address is 450 Mission Ave. Oceanside, CA 92057.

What does the mission look like? Use descriptive words.
- The church - It was 180 Ft. long and 28 Ft. wide and 30 Ft. high. It’s the shape of a cross. The original church held 1,000 worshippers. It's also octagonal and had a domed roof.
- chapel - It was small. COULDN'T FIND ANY MORE INFO.
- bell tower or wall -There is one bell tower in the whole mission. It is 75 ft. in height and is made out of adobe, lime plaster, wooden timbers, fired clay bricks, and has a roof made out of tiles.
- quadrangle - It is 500 square feet. Fruit trees and grain crops were outside of the quadrangle. Planted inside of it were plants and shrubs that provided shade for the people who worked in the work areas.
- priest quarters -It’s connected to a wing with 32 arches over the rooms. There was a kitchen and a dining room in that part of the mission for gusts and visitors.
- indian quarters - COULDN'T FIND IT.
- archways - There are more than 200 archways that went from the storage rooms, kitchen, infirmary, dormitories, and workshops.
- fields, gardens - It was a flower and vegetable gardens. And a grand set of steps leading down to a sunken garden.

Visitors can visit the statue of Luis XI, the wooden pulpit, and the octagonal copper baptismal front and many more stuff there. Now it serves as a retreat center and is owned by the Franciscans. There's a lot of tourism around mission San Luis Rey.
